Maybe it’s Magic – Written for j2_everafter and not only based on but paralleling to an almost embarrassing degree Bedkn0bs and Broomsticks, this is the story of how Jared wanted to win the war, Jensen wanted to go home, and Chad…well, this isn’t Chad’s story.

He Who Writes My Story  After his last book flops and he breaks up with his boyfriend, Jensen
moves back to his hometown of Brookgreen, California, to start over. His
plans to take a break from writing (and dating!) veer off-course,
however, when Jensen’s best friend introduces him to Jared, the new
deputy sheriff in town, who immediately reignites Jensen’s creativity
along with his desire. Now it’s up to Jensen to decide which he wants
more: a successful book or a relationship with the man of his dreams.

Blended and blessed  Jensen and Jared are single fathers. They met because their children keep on punching each other every day at school.

How Much For Love?   Confirmed bachelor Jensen has one week to get married, or lose the
company he’s struggled to make his way to the top of. 6’ plus of
boy-next-door Adonis, working odd jobs to get by and save for college,
just might be his answer…to more than he expected.

Real Slow  The stripteasing on stage at conventions is a joke, until Jensen gets
drunk and sends a private video to Jared. Then it’s not so funny
anymore.

Keep Coming Around  Author’s Notes: I was moaning about how the only thing that could
possibly cheer me up was Jared Padalecki with an armful of kittens and
Merrin said that was brilliant and as we talked this story sort decided
to be written. I told myself the world doesn’t really need another J2
romance novel, but it was such a damn fun thing to escape into that I
wrote it in mere days. Title was inspired by Marc Broussard.

Business and Pleasure  Jared’s a philandering CEO and Jensen’s his overworked assistant – that
is, until Jared decides he needs to improve his image by having a
serious relationship and chooses Jensen to be his fake boyfriend. But
Jensen’s a little in love with Jared and Jared has ideas of his own, and
pretty soon no one is certain what’s fake and what’s real anymore.
Featuring dancing, denial, a lot of inappropriate work behavior, and an
infamous office holiday party.
