Happy New Year everyone!

I hope everyone had a good time whether you celebrated the Holidays or not and got into the new year in one piece.

I had a relaxing time filled with food, lots of fic and love 🙂

To get back into the rec game I am doing a quick and dirty (pun fully intended) rec list of three faves from the spn-J2_xmas exchange. And because this is my blog and I can do what I want I added a bonus fic that was not part of the challenge as a chaser to all the magnificient filth coming your way below.

@dollyluxe @homo-pink and @exaggeratedspecificity dropping new fics was a personal christmas highlight, so those fics are my list basically 🙂

The story is full of amazing twist and turns and I constantly changed my mind about who was actually running this show. The delicious filth and gorgeous writing are a given of course ❤ (also not as dark as you might think)

I was spell-bound by the patented homo-pink magic from the first paragraph. Honestly we are blessed to have someone like this still be so active in our fandom. This one is hard to describe. It’s hard-hitting, the setting is amazingly detailed and I could easily spend 50K more reading about this prison alone. Jared is an enigmatic main protagonist whom we at once learn a lot about and at the same time only doles out his best secrets in throw-away half sentences. Definitely worth a second or third read for a treasure hunt. And Jensen is just…I love how with Miss Pink he is always, always a shining and precious star in Jared’s darkness. So much love for this. (this one is also not as dark as it seems)

I read these fics in the order I’m posting here and this one felt like the perfect cherry on top. After all the J2 AUness it felt like the warm comfortable hug of an old friend. Sweet Sammy and his jealous angst and insecurity meet Dean’s secret stash of panties and it results in beautifully explcit weecest magic. Honestly, what more do you need to click on this one 🙂

I don’t often do fluff and I do teen rated fluff even less. But I love rockstarpeach and will always give a good author a shot. So very happy I did in this case! For one this story is written in an incredibly funny and wry tone that tempers the sweet contents perfectly. The rockstar setting and the fact that it’s a/b/o are really secondary. This is really all about J2 and their little bubble and I love this story without reservations. Go read this, laugh and then go ‘awww’ over the last line.
