Okay but for real they’ve spent this entire season making such a big deal that Crowley had control over ~Lucifer~ and that it was a thing™ and yet it took all of 3 minutes for all of that to go away?? Did I miss something?? How was that just done away with so easily?? Why did we have an entire season of lucifer being crowleys bitch when apprently it could have been done with in the first episode??
– Eileen Leahy, an amazing disabled female character, got killed off in the first 2 minutes of the episode. Because clearly the writers learned absolutely SHIT from the Charlie fiasco two years ago.
– Sam getting his heart ripped out. Again. Not like that gets old or anything.
– Mary being put through what’s essentially psychological torture-porn.
– Waaaaay too much Ketch and Toni, just seeing them on screen makes me want to put a hole in my TV.
– The BMOL actually have an agreement with a goddamn Crowley, which is either wildly hypocritical bullshit or phenomenally crappy writing.
– Crowley’s control over Lucifer inexplicably reversing? THAT’s really the best they could come up with??
I’m sure if I finished the episode I’d find even more reasons, but honestly I don’t even care enough to watch until the end. I regret even watching as much as I did.
y’all im so pissed off this show has so many awesome women in it and they fucking die. they just fucking die. and for no reason. i understand wanting to have some crazy shocking death or shit like that, but when you kill off all of these amazing recurring female characters it gets fucking old and honestly just blatantly sexist and unnecessary. there is literally no point to these deaths but they do them for the heck of it. im fucking sick of it im mad y’all
This episode had so much potential. Sign me up for Mary as a brainwashed killer. Or BMoL reversing the magic on the Bunker to make it a tomb/prison. Or Crowley escaping by possessing a rat and sneaking out. Just give it to people who can write it well.
